80-07: A Review of Present and Recently Proposed Methods for Thermal Evaluation

Recent methods for predicting and evaluating tower performance will be discussed including spray cooling water systems. Although dimensional analysis techniques for heat and mass transfer are used, requirements for this solution are not always met. Proposed and present methods are compared.
