The Cooling Tower Institute published its book, Cooling Tower Performance Curves, in 1967. Since that time, the question has been repeatedly asked, "What about crossflow curves?". The CTI book covers plots of counterflow KaV/L vs L/G for a wide range of wet bulb temperatures, cooling ranges and approaches. The curves were numerical integration of the cooling tower characteristic.
