73-05: Cooling Tower Plumes - Defined and Traced by Means of Computer

This paper deals with use of the model to achieve a three-dimensional calculation of a cooling tower plume whereby non-reactive pollutants in the plume are tracked as well as the water vapor cloud. Condensation and rainout of the water is included in the simulation. The paper also discusses practical applications of the model to cooling tower plumes, their formation, and dispersion.
