Across the board, equipment maintenance is essential to operate at peak efficiency and safety.  However, some equipment is extremely costly—in the price of the related invoices and the time and means—on which to perform maintenance.  The price of the maintenance, equipment, and shutdowns of any stage of operations adds up to a significant value more often than not, making it difficult to fit maintenance for certain equipment into a budget.
